Thanksgiving Day
Hello, everyone!
Oggi vi ho raccontato una storia che ci porterà nelle prossime settimane a festeggiare, a modo nostro, una festa americana, la Festa del Ringraziamento.
Guardate la presentazione, cliccando sulle frecce per girare pagina e quando ci sono i video sulla freccia in mezzo al video per farlo partire (vediamo un po' se riconoscete alcune parole!)
Ora siete pronti per il quiz che abbiamo fatto a scuola (forza, nonno di Edoardo!):

Pizzigoni cave paintings!
Hello, everyone!
A big surprise today!
A wonderful CAVE full of prehistoric paintings has been found in our school!!!!!
The kids of classes 3B and 3C and their parents were the first to visit the cave; it's very dark, you need a torch to see the paintings!
Have a look at the beautiful paintings (as beautiful as the ones in Lascaux!) and... at the primitive kids painting them!
Isn't it really fantastic????
Unfortunately our school will have to be closed tomorrow: a team of archaeologists is coming to study the cave.
So.... WE ARE ALL GOING ON HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walking with dinosaurs!
Hello, everyone!
Do you like dinosaurs? Are you brave? Watch dinosaurs in these video clips from the BBC series "Walking with Dinosaurs" - some scenes are quite scary!
First watch how these video were made:
Now learn about a gigantic nest full of very big eggs:
Do you know the SARCOSUCHUS? It's an enormous crocodile!!!
And now, PREDATOR X, a terrible marine reptile:
CARCHARODONTOSAURUS - a long name for a big dinosaur:
Microraptors are dinosaurs who lived in trees:

TRICERATOPS had very big horns:
